You must sign in with your Hult Zoom Student account to ensure you don't end up in the waiting room for any zoom meeting within Hult.
1- Sign in into your Hult zoom account
Go to https://hult-students.zoom.us/ click on 'Sign In' and enter your Hult Student logins (email/password)
2- Download Zoom desktop app or phone app and sign-in

Desktop app
- Visit https://hult-students.zoom.us/download
- Download the 'Desktop Zoom client'
- Find the file in your computer and double click to start the installation

Phone app
- Go to your Android store or apple store and search for 'Zoom Cloud Meetings'
- Click on Install
- Open the app and click on ‘Sign in with SSO’ (single sign-on)
- Enter company domain: hult-students
- You will get re-directed to your web browser for authentication. You will be asked to sign in with your Hult login credentials (example: [email protected]) if you are not logged already in your browser.
If you already have Zoom and been sent to a Waiting Room, you are not logged with your Hult zoom account.
Please Follow the below steps:
1- In your zoom app, click on your name and select 'sign out'
2- Clear the cache from Chrome.
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click more .
- Click More Tools > Clear browsing data
- At the top, choose as time range All time
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files", check the boxes
- Click Clear data.
3- Go to https://hult-students.zoom.us/ click on 'sign in' and enter your Hult logins credentials (example: [email protected] )
4- Open the zoom app and click on ‘Sign in with SSO’ (single sign-on). Enter company domain: hult-students
