Welcome to Hult International Business School! As a new faculty member, you must access various online platforms,
including your Hult email, MyCourses, MyHult and Zoom.

This is your official faculty email address
(firstname.lastname@faculty.hult.edu) for the email account
Important! Use firstname.lastname@ef.com for online login only
This guide will walk you through the steps to access each platform.
Hult Email:
Step 1: Logging into your Outlook account:
Open your web browser and navigate to http://email.hult.edu/
Enter your full Hult email address (e.g., firstname.lastname@ef.com) and password.
- You will find that you’re prompted to provide more information for Authentication.
Click Next and keep the screen open - go to the next step.
Step 2: On your smartphone:
- Go to the Apple or Google store and download the "Microsoft Authenticator" app.
- Open App and Click on + and add your Hult account
- You will be prompted to scan a QR. - Go to the next step
Step 3: Approve Sign-in
- Scan the QR on your laptop with your phone's app.
- Click Next
- ON your phone a pop-up screen will show asking for sign-in "Approve".
- Click Next - You're all Set!
MyCourses:
Open your web browser and navigate to https://mycourses.hult.edu/.
Enter your full Hult email address (e.g., firstname.lastname@ef.com) and password.
Approve sign-in on your "Microsoft Authenticator"
Click the “Sign In” button to access your MyCourses dashboard.
MyHult:
a. Open your web browser and navigate to https://my.hult.edu/.
b. Enter your Hult email address and password. (If required)
Zoom
How to log in:
Go to https://efedu.zoom.us and log in with your Hult Staff credentials.
Desktop Zoom app: Click Sign in, select SSO and enter company domain: efedu
.
After you have successfully logged in
You will be able to join online classes, bypassing the waiting room.
